Brian is inspired by the journey of transforming the old into something new, approaching each
project with patience, flexibility, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Partnering with trusted contractors and tradespeople, he guarantees quality through long-standing
relationships and weekly site meetings with clients to review the quality of materials and installations, ensuring excellence at every stage.

Eric Schwamberger

Eric has been a vital part of Kennedy for eight years, serving as a Site Construction Manager. With a mechanical engineering background, he thrives on transforming concepts into reality through the company’s design-build process. Eric excels at collaborating with clients, honing in on their unique design preferences to bring their vision to life. Dedicated to quality, he works closely with subcontractors to ensure strict compliance with structural and building codes while personally inspecting finishes daily to meet exacting standards.
